The multi-level residence was redesigned into an expansive, single-level home. The open layout comprises an interconnected entryway, living, dining, and semi-outdoor area. The outdoor space works well when our clients are hosting, allowing the dining to spill over. It also functions as an independent breezy escape for quiet afternoon reads.

 A grey-Italian tile runs across our home, providing a unifying canvas. Neutral tones combined with natural lighting add to the open, flowing feel of the apartment. Large east-facing windows overlooking the city wrap around the home, bouncing sunlight off the white walls, gently enhancing the scale of the house.

A simple layout and cohesive material palette comprising warm teakwood furniture, rattan, and fluted glass, interspersed with subtle brass accents, continues across the home. A herringbone wood flooring provides the bedroom with warmth. Wardrobes and the dressing area were fit into existing niches keeping the space light and uncluttered. The same cosy vibe extends to the home office, overlooking a green expanse.
