The quintessence of luxury and fine taste permeates their artisanal chocolate collection, rooted in a purist and organic approach. They offer an array of curated hampers, decadent cakes, bakes, and delicacies. In line with their brand, we’ve thoughtfully selected materials that complement the boutique’s ambiance, notably in countertops, lighting fixtures, and edge detailing.
At its inception, the design sought to optimize the dormant basement by concealing the underlying ramp and laying cera stone flooring above. This transformation yielded a grand pedestal-like entrance and eliminated any vestiges of negative space, giving rise to an interstitial realm between the boutique and pedestrian walkway. Serving as an arresting visual element, the standalone column with calamine flutes presents the brand’s symbol, while linear wooden planter boxes with metal supports create a floating frontier for the outdoor seating.
Upon entering, an experience counter awaits: an island of marble and a wooden countertop accented by brushed brass edges. A suspended light capsule above casts an illuminating radiance to highlight this key area.
Extending alongside the island counter, calamine-recessed walls embrace their essentials on one side, while cafe seating graces the other. The patterned geometric flooring creates a dramatic contrast, effectively breaking the monotony of the solid pastel color scheme that surrounds it. Meanwhile, a floor transition of grey tile with metal inlay separates the service counter and café.
On the opposite side of the café, an interactive display comes to life—a bronze mirror reflecting their product range on a sleek rectilinear framework. It entices viewers and imparts a sense of boundless expanse to the boutique.
Within the open plan, the café emanates an atmosphere of luxury and comfort, with a seating ledge in suede pink nestled against a royal blue niche adorned with linear gold-plated wall scones complemented by statement olive chairs.
Adjacent to the service counter stands a ribbed wooden display rack to showcase opulent hampers, while the royal blue wall mural unveils the narrative of cocoa bean transformation into delectable chocolate. Concealed behind the counter lies a kitchen, where a wooden ribbed partition maintains privacy and is a backdrop for accentuating their brand logo.
In its entirety, the boutique is an epitome of luxe, mirroring the essence of the brand. It is a redefined composition of elegance and glamour, crafting an experience that begins at first sight.
